Data entry specialist required

We are currently looking for an urgent Data Entry specialist for our foreign client for a contract job of 3 to 5 months and you need to manage 3 to 5 hours daily.

 This position will be responsible for entering information accurately, checking for errors, scanning documentation, following up on missing information, and assisting with the department.


Functions:

-Performs numeric and alphanumeric data entry functions from multiple document sources
-Operates a data entry terminal with speed and accuracy for a variety of data processing applications in a high-volume operation
-Maintains filing systems and departmental records
-Performs other general clerical functions as required

Requirements.

-Computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
-Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and manage ones time
-Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
-Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
-Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to Supervisors
-Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect error
